GOAL
• My task is to prepare a “smoked tuna spread canapé” and be able to
present my grasp to my teacher and classmates.
ROLE
• My role in preparing a Canapé are; cleaning
the surface where I will place my ingredients,
wash the utensils before using them, and be
able to wash my ingredients well. Wear proper
attire when in the kitchen. Make sure that when
mixing the ingredients I mix them well and
won’t be able to add too much or too less of the
ingredients.

SITUATION
In preparing of “Tuna Spread Canapé” I will be needing
the following;

• * INGREDIENTS SITUATION
• 3 ounces cream cheese, softened • ½ teaspoon liquid smoke
• ¼ cup finely chopped red onion • 1 (5 ounce) can chunk white tuna, drained
PROCEDURE
Step 1
- Add 3 ounces softened cream cheese, onion, 1 tablespoon chives, 2 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning,
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke into the bowl
Step 2
- Flake tuna with a fork. Add the tuna and pimiento to the cream cheese mixture; stir until well mixed.
Step 3
- Cover and chill atleast 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
PROCEDURE
Step 4
- To assemble the canapés, spread 1/2 teaspoon of the tuna mixture on each cracker.
Step 5
- Top each cracker with a cucumber slice and another 1 1/2 teaspoons of the tuna mixture.
Step 6
- Lastly, sprinkle each cracker with the remaining chives
