Middle East and parts of Europe
as an alternative to beef. While
here in our country Filipinos don’t
usually eat lamb or goat meat
because there is no lamb here and
its not a common food item here.

Another type of white meat which is the most protein dense
of all meats. Provides B vitamins, low calories, and fats.

Wild boar
A non-domesticated pig that lives in wild. It contains higher
proportion of omega-3 fatty acids.

Ma'am it's a wild pig , they have horns beside their nose.
