WHAT IS PERFORMANCE TAST ?

PERFORMANCE TASK IS ANY LEARNING ACTIVITY OR ASSESSMENT THAT
ASKS STUDENTS TO PERFORM, TO DEMONSTRATE THEIR KNOWLEDGE,
UNDERSTANDING, AND PROFICIENCY . PERFORMANCE TASK PRESENTS A
SITUATION THAT CALL FOR LEARNERS TO APPLY THEIR LEARNING IN
CONTEXT .
 TESTING THAT REQUIRED A STUDENT TO CREATE AN ANSWER OR A
PRODUCT THAT DEMONSTRATES HIS/HER KNOWLEDGE OR SKILL (Rudner &
Boston, 1991)
 PERFORMANCE TASK IS WHAT STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO DO IN THE
PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT, EITHER INDIVIDUAL OR IN GROUP (Mc. Millan)
