Every one of us had an idea and shared our thoughts and
experiences about what a leader should be during our
brainstorming session.

After much deliberation, we came up with the phrase “FACTA

NON-VERBA,” which translates to “DEEDS NOT WORDS,”
because each of us believes that a leader must be seen in their
actions as well as their words
 GENERAL EXPLANATION

Because none of us require a leader who will always dictate and be only good in
words.
We don't need a leader who will always dictate, but rather one who will guide and
help us improve our leadership skills.
As you can see in our post slogan, we put it on our faces because we consider
ourselves to be leaders. In the middle, we used the symbols earth, fire, and
snowball because we believe these are essential symbols for leaders.
We also see LEADERSHIP within us because each of us has the potential to be a
leader.
A leader who will aid in the development of every individual's ability to become a
good and effective leader in the future.
