 Delivery
• In delivery you see two options you can send something to someone and you can also buy.
• It makes more easy for the ones who do their small business from there home so they can easily
buy and send anything to anyone.
 Credit
Transfer • Go to Wallet.
• Tap on ‘Send credit’.
Send Credit & Request Credit • Add the amount.
• Enter the recipient’s phone number or choose from your contact list.
• Click send, and you’re done.
Recharge

• Tap on the ‘Recharge' tile on the app home screen and follow these steps.
• Enter the phone number you want to top up or select the number from your contact list. Make
sure you correctly select the recipient’s country.
• Your telecom operator will be auto-selected but you can change this if needed.
• You can choose to recharge with:
a) Balance/Amount - this amount will be loaded onto your card, or 
b) Bundle - choose from a list of available data/calling bundles (only available in certain countries)
• Complete payment using Pay. Select your payment type and confirm the payment.
Vaccination
• Careem also introduced a Get Vaccinated tool in its app earlier this year, allowing customers to
call the nearest vaccination center and book a hassle-free ride, avoiding all traffic and parking
issues. The tool includes detailed information from official government sources on the vaccines
being offered in the country, their eligibility, and the timings and locations of all vaccination
centers across the country.
Rewards

• Enter and confirm your pickup and drop-off locations,
• Tap on “DISCOUNTS” next to your payment method.
• Enter the code, and voila!
• These codes depend on current campaigns and partnerships, and can be posted publicly for all
users on social media, sent to your Notification inbox or email, or sent privately to specific users.

Shortcomings In APP
• There are many problems in Careem App, sometimes customers are charged tens of thousands
of rupees because of configuration Glitch.
Strengths • They are trying to compete in market.
• Simplified there whole App and you can get everything
in it.
• Easy App so can easily used by Customer & Captain.
• Luxury cars can be booked and the fare is usually
affordable.
• It is safer than taxi and the App facilitates less cost if
you use PROMO codes and all.
• App allows you to send credit through Careem pay to
the ones who need it as well as you can also request it
through your contact list.
These all are the strengths through which they can accept
and cross the huddles of challenges in M commerce.
Recommendations

• Careem should launch a button of Male and Female that women's can have their ride with a women
captain so they can feel more safe as well as women's should also get a chance to earn as a captain.
• They should improve there Helpline number as most of the people complain that Careem Helpline
sometimes does not respond when they need any kind of help so there should be more working on
customer helpline so in emergencies customers can easily contact them.
• They should create a family account so our family members can easily use it. As well as we can track
them through that account and keep an eye on transactions.
