 32% of users use internet for the information regarding insurance where as 38.7% of users consider
agent referred by family and friends .
 Major insurance are taken in automobile sector .
 21.9% of people said that information provided by insurance agent is very useful and as per their
need.
 31.3% users said that insurance agent is highly professional and knowledgeable , helpful to
insurance

 Insurance sector is booming and growing sector but some changes can create a good job
opportunity for the new entrance .
 Insurance agent play a very vital role in connecting consumer to the insurance organization .
