• Auckland is the largest and most populous urban area in the country.
• Population of 1,413,700, which constitutes 31 % of the country's
population.
Factors to Consider When establishing a
Business in Foreign country
• Political climate and Property rights
• Economic conditions
• Factors of production
Political Climate and Property Rights
Most secure property rights
very good political freedom
tops the list for freedom to start a business
quick papers formation
Economic Conditions
• Low debt-to-GDP ratios are good for business. But
New Zealand’s figure rose to recording 37.5% in 2013
and then to 35.9% in 2014. Though the ratio is very
high, records and future economic forecasts suggests
that this figure will fall, which will give more
favourable conditions for working there.
• Good Inflation rate
• Decreasing Unemployment
Factors of Production
• Land: Space can rented easily.
Resources readily available in supermarkets.
• Labour: Human resources such as cleaners and waiters can be
easily appointed.
Chefs are not quite easy to find.
Market Research
• New Zealanders enjoy Indian food
• But the number of good Indian restaurants in Auckland is low, and a
good restaurant is what they are waiting for.
• People at New Zealand like marine dishes and Bangladeshi fish dishes
are very tasty.
• There are lot of people from Indian subcontinent living in New
Zealand who are fond of authentic Indian cuisine.
Expected challenges and solutions:

• Availability of Spices
• Threshold to Spiciness
• Availability of Chefs
