 Training is that formal and systematic modification of behavior


through learning which occurs as a results of education, instruction,
development and planned experience.
 Training and Development may be a scheme of a corporation that
emphasize on the advance of the performance of people and teams.
Coaching is an academic method that involves the sharpening of
skills, concepts, ever-changing of perspective and gaining
additional data to reinforce the performance of the staff. smart&
economical coaching of staff helps in their skills & data
development, that eventually helps a corporation improve.
 Training is regarding knowing wherever you're within the gift and
when a while wherever can you reach along with your skills.
Introduction to Eduprogress
 Eduprogress is a project management consultancy specializing in education
and research area. It works in the area of conceptualization , feasibility
reports , infrastructure development and provides support for implementation
and execution of projects for both public and private sectors.
 They have a vision of providing relevant, sustainable, and innovative
services to ensure project excellence. And a mission of to provide
exceptional quality and value to the clients.
 Eduprogress focuses on overall guidance from statutory approval until the
commissioning of the institutions associated with education and K-12
institutions development. They also provide services like Developing
structure and planning , manuals for boards and committees, white papers
and case studies for the clients. They also provide CSR Advisory by
analyzing the society needs.
 They have exclusively worked in the field of tourism industry, mining ,
maritime sector , plastic and polymer industry.

Findings
 The major workforce of the company is the young people, there
are so many fresh minds and with creative ideas and very few
senior employees with experience. The company has trained
professional required for working on different projects.
 From the study I can also see that the training is required at
regular intervals and it also helps in enhancing the skills of the
employees.
 Most of the employees like to attend the training program as
they get a clear picture of the work that has to be done.
 From the research I can also see that many employees are
intended towards off the job training method. And most of the
employees prefer both the modes of training.
Conclusion

 Training and development are an integral part of the


company. It helps in sharping up the employee skills for
achieving company’s goals. Training given to the employees
helps them to improve their skills and achieve their goals
efficiently. Training is an important part of human resource
development. To sharpen the organization strength training
plays an important role. Training given at regular intervals
ensures the timely development of the employees. Training
should be given as per the need of the company, so that the
costs is less and appropriate training is provided at right time.
Evaluation of the employee’s performance should be done
and as per that what training can be given should be decided.
Recommendations

 The company should conduct timely trainings to boost employee’s morale.


 Various methods of training should be used so diversity in work can be
done.
 Interesting methods for training should be introduced so that the
employees like to attend the training program.
 Guest sessions should be kept to train the employees so they can get a
better exposure about the work.
 New technologies should be adapted for better results.
 Suggestions of employees should be taken to improve the training
program.
 The evaluation should be done after 1 month of training so the evaluation
can be done and a clear picture would be there.
Learning from the SIP

 I learned how the recruitment process is carried out and what all
documents are needed in the recruitment process and understood the
steps for the process.
 I got a brief idea about how the company News Letter is prepared.
 I learned what documents are required when a new employee joins the
company till he leaves the company and learned about digitalization of
the HR documents.
 I learned about how Performance Appraisal has to be done in a
company.
 I learned about the HR Generalist role in a company.
 I learned how to find right candidate for the right job by CV Screening.
 I learned about the E-recruitment.
