Summary
The data in each factory are collected.
The production process layout of Lady Pencil Skirt in Zhejiang Tongli
Clothing company limited is drawn.
 The Data Collection is made by using the quality control technique (Check
sheet).
The Histogram diagram is drawn for knowing the hierarchical defect
The Pareto chart is drawn for determining the priorities of problem
solving.
The cause and effect diagram is drawn for solving the defects.
The defect can reduce significantly after using the quality control tools.
So The quality of Product is improved.
