I noticed how people acted – what worked and what didn’t.
I don’t think I would have caught it if I didn’t actually see
it.
As soon as you walk in the building, you are being
evaluated on how you present and carry yourself.
I need to be prepared – do my research, dress
appropriately, and act professionally if I want to get and
keep my job.
I need to speak up and not assume that people will know I
am qualified just by looking at me or reading my resume’.
