Logic Model

INPUT
• Measure the quantity/quality of input resources to organizational
activities.
• Generally include: human resources, financial resources ,infrastructure.
• Examples:

• Measure the quantity/quality of the activities required to provide
certain expected outputs.

rates.
• Examples:
