 CYBER CAFE MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM
I n the form Cyber Cafe Management System Project i n java is manual system. I n manual system administrator
has to keep the track of many tasks such as keeping track of time, which is the tedious job. Once the user logs out,
while preparing bill he has to refer user details including name, login time and logout time and time allocated
leads to the possibility of causing errors in bill calculations. This may be unbeneficial to administrator.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
T h e main objectives of the cyber café management system is to manage the details of I D proof, Charges,
Customers ,Downloads, Usage. It manages all the information about I D proof, Computers, Usage. Th e project is
totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. Th e purpose of this
project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the I D proof, Charges,
Computers, and Customers. It tracks all the details about the customer, Downloads, Usage.

Specific Objectives:
It generates the report on Id Proof, Charges, and Computers. Provides filter reports on Customers, Downloads,
Usage. You can easily export P D F for the I D Proof, Computers, and Downloads. Application also provides excel
export for charges, Customers, Usage.
 ELECTRICITY BILLING
SYSTEM
Electricity Billing System is a software-based application developed in J a v a programming language. Th e project
aims at serving the department of electricity by computerizing the billing system. It mainly focuses on the
calculation of Units consumed during the specified time and the money to be paid to electricity offices.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
A new software system to modernize the electricity billing procedure is required. This electricity billing system
project would replace the existing traditional and analog type of electricity billing system ensuring security,
ease and comfort in billing. It meets the current user demands, and new features can be easily integrated into
the system in future as per user requirements.

Specific Objectives:
The application has high speed of performance with accuracy and efficiency. The software provides facility of
data sharing. It doesn’t require any staffs as in the conventional system. Once it is installed on the system, only
the meter readings are to be given by the customer. The electricity billing software calculates the units
consumed by the customer and makes bills.
 STUDENT MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM
This system saves the time of the student and of the administrator. It includes processes like registration of the
student’s details, assigning the department based on their course, and maintenance of the record. This system
reduces the cost and workforce required for this job. A s the system is online the information is globally present to
everyone.

The main objective of the Student Management System is to manage the details of Profiles, Courses,
Logins, Exams, and Fees. It manages all the information about Profiles, Student, and Fees. The project
is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access.

Specific Objectives:
Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. An d manage all the information, tracks all
the information Such as Profiles, Logins, Exam, Fees.
 EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM
T h e main aim for developing this Employee Management System Project i n J a v a is to managing many types of
work related employees. It can help for the employer to contain all the records of employee payroll and salary
features. This project intends different types of forms.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

Is to provide a system which manages the employee details, the payroll activities done in a company
depending upon the employee’s attendance and its calculation is very huge. The users will consume less
amount of time through computerized system rather than working manually.

Specific Objectives:

When a new employee joins the company, his record is saved in the database. Admin has the authority to add
the no of workdays of a company per month.
 HOTEL RESERVATION
SYSTEM
Hotel Reservation System is the mechanism through which guests can create secure online reservations.
Through the hotel reservation system software, guests can choose how long they will stay, the type of room they
want, gets add ons, and pay securely online through a payment platform.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
A hotel reservation system enables guests to schedule dates and length of stay, room, selection, extras and
payment all in one place

Specific Objectives:
1. To design a computerized hotel reservation system
2. To make the hotel's receptionist's job simpler
3. Help clients looking for hotel rooms with accurate information about what's available.
4. Speed up transaction among clients.
 ONLINE GRADING
SYSTEM
Online Grading System is a web-based application that can be used to create report cards, class grade list and
roll sheet attendance report. It post the grades of the students online. The student have an account to access
their report card. Parents can view and be updated on the performance of their children.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
B y inventing and building a Grading System with Grade Viewing that is safe and trustworthy in retaining
records, this project intends to enhance the manual submission of grades to the Registrar's office of the (name of
school).

Specific Objectives:
The study's objectives are as follows:
1. To transform a manual procedure into an online application.
2. To retain digital records of grades for the (School Name)
3. Provide students with an automated mechanism that allows them to view their grades online.
