INTRODUCTION
The defect in goods is the foremost problem in
consumer protection and has given rise to multiple
complaints in the past. It is hence important to study
in detail the concept of the defect in good which will
be broken down in this article.
MEANING
Defect means a fault or problem in something or someone that spoils
that things or person or causes it, him, or her not to work correctly.
DEFINITION
Waste of correction includes additional work performed
on a product or service caused by or unclear operation
procedure/ specification.
DISADVANTAGES
Seller has to bear the risk of fluctuation in the cost of
carriage and insurance because he cannot amend the
price after conclusion of the sale contract.
If the fails to ship the goods tender the document or
the goods does not arrive at the destination on time
would result in breach of condition in each case.
