decided to get conducted a Pre-Final Test Examination for the students ofthe H.S. znd year Class
within
the month of December, 2023 in all the Permitted Recognized institutions under its

connection,

> All the Heads of the Institutions concerned are requested to make arrangement for
holding the
said examination such as preparation of pre-Final Exam routine, settiig
question papers, supplying ofblank answer-scripts, issuance
up of subject Lise
of admit cards,-evaiuation oianswer-
scripts, declaration of results, issuances of marki-sheets etc.

> It will be mandatory on the part of the examination conducting

institutions to keep the subject
