equipments. This Certificate is further gubject to following conditions:-
1. The installed Firefighting and Safety arrangements/equipments should be kept well
maintained and in working order round the clock.
Periodrcal maintenance and testing installed Firefighting and Safety
equipments/arrangements should be done and a proper record of the same should be
maintained and shown to the Flre Offlcer as and when demanded.
3 lf any additioni alteration is proposed to be made in the building/occupancy use, the same
should be done under intimation to the office of Chief Fire Officer, [/C, Chandigarh
4. The Owner /Occupanis should have trained staff to operate the fire Safety System
provided therein
5. Nominated Authority (Station Fire Officer) can check the arrangements of Fire Safety at
