Conclusion :
In many cases stress value is very low and below 184 MPa,on the other side
stress value is higher is only near screw and edges highlighted in all slides

In slide 6 stress value is low but stress is distributed in higher area and the part is
displaced a bit from the position so need to add screw near highlighted area
