▪ Recruitment is the process of searching the


candidates for employment and encouraging them
to apply for a vacancy or job in the organization

▪ Selection is the process of selecting a qualified


person who can successfully do a job and deliver
valuable contributions to the organization.
▪ Placement is assigning a specific job to each of
the selected candidates. It implies matching the

Employee relations refer to an organization’s efforts
