Non Verbal Communication
Non verbal communication takes place through all
external stimuli other than oral and written words;
these include facial expressions, posture, gestures,
space distancing etc.
The famous neurologist Sigmund Freud once said: He
who has eyes to see and ears to hear can convince
himself that he cannot keep secrets as when he is silent
even his finger tips chat, betrayal oozes out from every
pore.
