Location of store -

• This Pantaloons store is located in Phoenix Palssio


First & Second Floor respectively.

• Lucknow's largest shopping experiences comes to


life with the newly built Phoenix Palassio Mall.

• Spread across 13.53 acres and a built-up area of 1


million sq. ft., the mall has been used as an
expansive canvas for the grandest architecture ever
seen in shopping malls.

• The mall has been quite a hot topic amongst the


public and is being visited by many customers or
buyers everyday.
Exterior of the store -
• The brand name is being displayed which says
Pantaloons in small case letters.

• The brand name has been displayed on both the


sides, i.e. the left and right hand entrance gates.

• Bright colour combination of purple and blue has


been used to make the brand name attractive and is
able to seek attention from the customers or
potential buyers easily.

• They also had two large size LED (Light-emitting


diode) screens displayed outside the store with the
popping message saying CELEBRATE WITH
PANTALOONS.
Interior of the store -

• Furniture & Fixtures :-


1. The store has used light coloured wooden furniture
with a small sofa placed at multiple areas in the
store.

2. Wooden racks with steel handles could also be


seen in the store.

3. Various kind of racks with varied designs and


outlooks were also being used heavily in the store.

4. From black to brown to simple white coloured


tables could also be seen in the store.
5.Wooden stands were used for giving
support to the mannequins in the store.

6. Small black and grey coloured net


wastage bags were also being kept at the
sides of the stairs in the store.
• Lighting in the store:-

1. Huge oval and circle shaped lights


reflecting colour combination of yellow,
pink and pale whitish were displayed in the
store.

2. Natural or warm white light is best, and a


high-CRI LED light will show colors most
accurately.

3. Decorative lighting is all about visual


appeal and much less focused on
illumination. Light fixtures play a huge role
in this lighting as they need to be beautiful
and decorative.
4. Lighting is a powerful tool that sets the
mood of the store, and can be used to
draw attention to highlighted products.

5. Here we can see how, Accent lighting is


being used to highlight specific areas in
order to draw customer attention to
specific products.
• Theme of the store:-

a)Ladies Section-
1. From Indian wear like saree and Kurtis to
western wear like tops, jeans, capree, dresses
etc. A customer could get whatever they would
desire under one place itself.

2. By offering so much of variety to the individual


buyer would not only enhance the
productivity of the store sales but also increase
would be able to keep there customers
contented.
3. There was also a section for cosmetics and
earrings plus fancy chains for seeking the
attention of the female section of the buyers at
the store.

4. This not only facilitates in making the customer


purchase from dress to matching earrings or
chain but also helps in increasing the store sales
volume.
b) Men’s section -

1. From T-shirts to trousers, from kurta-pyjama


to pathani suit the store had everything under
one roof.

2. Different section for footwear was also been


included in the men’s wear section of the
store, as we can see in the first picture on the
right that they have also displayed white
sneakers as well.
c) Kids section-

1. From little boys to cute girls, the store also had a


kids section where all the clothing as well as the
footwear for the children from age group of 7-14
years were also being put on display.

2. They also has a big hot-air balloon with a sign of


two clouds on them to make it interesting for the
young children.
d) Home decoration artifacts-

1. Living scapes is a home décor range of


products established by pantaloons itself.

2. They provide a wide range of artificial


plants, decorative pieces, bed sheets and
pillow case etc.

3. As rightly said, Style Your Home

e) Accessories:-

1. Accessories are famous for their ability to boost


margins and retain customer interest.

2. One of the primary benefits of selling accessories is


that they have a much longer lifespan than apparel,
seasonal home goods and other inventory categories
that have expiration dates clearly attached to them.

3. As, here we can see two sections of sunglasses and


perfumes and deodorants both can be used accordingly
as per the demand of the customer.
Add ons in the store -

• The primary benefit and goal of


add-on selling is an increase in the
total purchase amount.

• The Product Add-on is built to make


the process of purchasing multiple
products with ease and with less
friction.

• Close The Sale With Add-ons And


Accessories.
Communication in the store -
1. Through communication the store here tries to convey
there message and ideologies to the customers just by
giving a mere glace at it.

2. Visually appealing, crisp and to the point information is


being used for this purpose under the head in a store.

3. The aim for doing so, is to create an impact directly or


indirectly into the mindsets of the buyer, like how would
product prove to be beneficial and satisfy there needs
accordingly.

4. Communication is usually been done through banners,


posters, hoardings or templates etc.
Color segmentation techniques -

1. Color segmentation is done for the purpose


of differentiating the products easily from
one to another on the basis of colors.

2. This not only helps the customers to


choose the products quickly but also saves
there time while shopping.

3. As we can see in the picture on right, all


the Kurtis have been arranged in a
systematic color wise manner.
