• Design a production line within the factory to begin production of new Atlas Cross Sport
• Design clay prototypes of new Volkswagen model. Process continues till design is not
finalized

How would AR/VR address this?


• Virtual Engineering lab created innovative augmented reality software
• Software allowed the factory's team to plan where each piece of equipment would go
• Team had to wear augmented reality headset to figure out best way to arrange the
individual parts within the factory
• Virtual Reality technology builds a digital prototype of new models

body imbalance
• Ergonomic data handed off to Virtual Build Arena where program team assembles parts virtually
