desired result.
 STYLE
a set of rules that technical writers must adhere to
when composing technical writings. These style
recommendations specify how lengthy sentences
should be, which words should be used or avoided,
and how charts and figures should be utilized in text.
DOCUMENT
DESIGN
Document design refers to the
physical layout of the
correspondence. Essays consist of

separated by indentations to create
paragraphs.
