What is
stress?
Stress is a feeling of emotional or
physical tension. It can come
from any event or thought that
makes you feel frustrated, angry,
or nervous.

is a relatively new concept that the negative kind of stress
describes a type of stress that is that most people associate
positive, helpful, and motivating. with feeling “stressed out”.
