1. How much stress do you think you are currently under?

- In the scale of 1-100, I think my stress level is around 70. Negative thought always haunts me
at night. I overthink about something which is impossible to happen.

2. What are some ways that you usually remove or reduce the stress that cause you physical,
emotional, or behavioral difficulties?

- I usually end up scrolling through tiktok, facebook , twitter and instagram. This is my getaway
to avoid loneliness and positive vibes. Memes and videos are funny and entertaining. It
somehow lessens my stress. After a long and tiring day, I usually sleep and eat foods that I
crave. It helps me release negative energy and attract positive one.
