BSERVATIONS AND CONCLUSION

The customer complained about poor indoor coverage.

OBSERVATIONS
 Test was carried out at his premises for all technology (2G,3G,4G).
 Good 2G, 3G,4G coverage was experienced indoor and outdoor during the test.
 OS4284 sector 2, was serving at the customer location.
 Download throughput during the test was okay on both 3G and 4G.
 OS4284 was serving at location at a distance of 700m away customer location.

INDOOR
 Good 2G coverage and quality was experienced during the test as RxLev >-95dBm for = 100% and RxQual >-5dB =100%.
 3G coverage and quality experienced is good during the test as RSCP >-95dBm for =100% while EC/LO > -16dB =65.71%.
 3G Throughput during the test for download at Throughput >1mbps for =71.91%.
 4G coverage and quality experienced is good during test at as RSRP>-105dBm= 100%,RSRQ >-14dB =100%, RSSINR>5(dB)= 98.33%.
 4G Throughput during the test for download at Throughput >2.5mbps =96.8%.

Optimization done: No optimization done since all RF conditions are okay. See slide six for audit details.

CONCLUSION
 From the test it`s conducted that there is good presence of MTN network on 2G,3G,4G network at complaint permises as UE experienced good coverage and
quality on all technology with Rxlevel >-95dBm= 100%, RxQual < 5 = 100%; RSCP >-95dBm = 100%, Ec/Io at -16dB = 100% while RSRP>-105dBm= 100%,
RSRQ >-14dB= 100% for 2G, 3G 4G respectively indoor.
 The complaint was told that MTN network is okay on either 2G, 3G and 4G as she was not available during the test, but her neighbour was available.
 Her neighbour confirmed the network is OK.
 The customer later confirmed she is the only one having the problem in the area
