OBJECTIVE
The main objective behind the development of this project is to provide
an easiest way to keep track of all the time-tables for college such as
semester wise, branch wise, faculty wise, lab wise, etc as fast as possible
and the main emphasis in this project is given on this area only. This
system will provide ease of use and efficient management of human
resources. Most importantly, it enables you to get rid of the unnecessary
paperwork which always has been a very complicated and a time
consuming process. This system is comprises of the database in which all
the faculty, subjects and branch related information are stored and if
anyone entered the search for schedule of any day, the system will
display the results by processing into its database.
FEATURES
 1. Easy creation of Time Table:
It is quick and easy to enter all subjects, classrooms, teachers and their periods.
The GUI of the software is user friendly. One can easily work on this system.
 2. Easy management:
Easily design timetables for all the classes with easyTime. It reduces the chances
of mismanagement in the timetable. You can also print timetables for all the
classes. This software prevents the collision of the assignment of a teacher in
different classes at the same point of time.
 3. Easy Substitution:
Easily manage substitutes with easytime. Whenever a teacher is unavailable you
need to arrange a substitute of that teacher. Our system allows this with a single
click to reduce workloads.
 4.Easy Reporting:
You can print different kinds of timetables for better visibility. Timetable for a
class, Timetable for a Teacher and List of free teachers etc can be printed very
easily. You can specify the teacher or class you want to print in each summary
timetable.

 The successful completion of this project will enables
the users to get each and every schedule in a very short
span of time as such in fractions of seconds. This will
definitely help the college to get the schedule of faculties
and students. It will also help the college to manage the
absence of faculties by providing easy and fast access to
different records provided into the database of this
project.
