questionnaire designed to measure

perceive the world and make decisions.

• OPENNESS TO EXPERIENCE – individual’s
range of interest and fascination with novelty ( inventive/curious
vs consistent/ cautious).
• CONSCIENTIOUSNESS - measure of reliability
(efficient/organized vs easy-going/careless).
• EXTRAVERSION - one’s confort level with relationship
(outgoing/ energetic vs solidary/ reserved).
• AGREEABLENESS – individual’s propensity to defer
others (friendly/ compassionate vs cold/unkind).
• NEUROTICISM/EMOTIONAL STABILITY
