The Probability of the

Coin Flip Game
using the
Monte Carlo Simulation
Background
The purpose of this study is to show the accuracy and similarity, to visualize of the
probabilities and prediction of each coin flipped and using this Monte-Carlo Simulation as
the reference or guide in this study that we want to produce. The probability of flipping a
coin gives as a 50/50 chance of getting either heads or tails. This type of coin flipping game
will be applied on the title but using Monte Carlo Simulation as the method or algorithm. In
this title we will go further of predictions, multiple probability simulation and to estimate the
possible outcomes and result of an uncertain event. We used this Simulation or pattern
because it will fit on our coin flip game and the similarities of both are precisely accurate
since it uses predictions and probability. This study was develop through literature searches
of previous studies and review of existing studies. Aside from that the researchers gathers
information from the review of related literatures of different studies. The researchers analyze
each RRL giving the knowledge and points on how they use Monte Carlo and how it effects
on their study. The outcome of this study will be provided at the result and answer of this
Experimentation the researcher have made.

Analyzation

Using the program for the Coin Flip Monte Carlo Simulation,
four (4) simulations were made. With the graph plots above,
every coin flip that had the probability of being near to 1
meansthe coin will have the result of getting Heads in the coin
flip that was simulated. The system generates plots that
determines the probability and coin flips while having a line in
the 0.5 probability for determining and clarifying the results.
ps. Most of the results was above 0.5 except the 2 nd and the 10th coin flip. Therefore, within 10 coin flips. The probability of getting Heads
in flips. Within the first flips, the probability of getting heads was high. Around 20 coin flips, the probability was near to 0.5 while at the end

Analyzation

The first simulation had ten (10) coin flips. Most of the results was
above 0.5 except the 2nd and the 10th coin flip. Therefore,
within 10 coin flips. The probability of getting Heads is high.

The second simulation had fifty (50) coin flips. Within the first
flips, the probability of getting heads was high. Around 20
coin flips, the probability was near to 0.5 while at the end of
the simulation. It ended below 0.5.

Analyzation

The third simulation had one hundred (100) coin flips. It started at
having a high probability of getting heads that went to as low as
0.4. It went back up again and the probability stayed above 0.5
while being near it.

The fourth or last simulation, one thousand (1000) coin flips was
simulated. The probability was low at first then it went to being
near and above 0.5 in the coin flips near 200. It stayed in the near
middle and ended below 0.5
