 Basic information on Guy Tal
Guy Tal is a photographer who works primarily in the landscapes of Utah and the southern American plateau. He was
originally born in Israel. The certain series of photos that I am interested in are his photos based around landscape and
environment.

The photo I am analysing

What stands out in the image is the colour from the flowers with everything else in the
shows a open area with
photo being colourless. This draws the main focus straight to the colour. In this photo,
cracked ground allowing
the photographer has used space as their main composition style.

Camera settings and relations to my work
The photographer has the whole image in focus meaning he is using a
high aperture giving a shallow depth of field.

In my own work, I will try and use the same use of space as he does in
the analysed photo.
