• prepare or recheck request for proposal – software.

contract and not accept a standard contract provided
by the software.
- Contract for buying a software is different from other
contracts because it does not refer to a direct
purchase but more to licensing, that is receiving a right
to use it.
- Guarantee is a form of contract provided by the
software reseller together with hardware or service.

• Compute gross pay, deductions, and net pay for each

appropriate monies into accounts on which payroll
writes checks.
