3. Project Communication Management:

How will we effectively communicate:

We will involve our stake holders and keep them updated on the progress and status.
Healthcare personnel, for example, must understand and implement information
supplied by other staff members, as well as convey the activities they have done. All
stakeholder requirements must be met. The project management strategy includes:
 Reports on project’s status.
 Report on Progress.
Strategies to prevent
miscommunication:
Concentrate on the other person’s ideas. Focus on consciously quieting your own internal commentary

and
stepping aside from your own issues to consider the speaker's. Give the speaker your whole attention.

Allow yourself to be distracted while paying attention to nonverbal cues.

Pay attention to the speaker's body language and nonverbal signals to have a better grasp of what he
or she is saying. "Active listeners must convey to the speaker that they are engaged and giving the
individualunconditional attention," says one expert.
Pay attention to the speaker's main points: details, important concepts, and their significance. Rather
than
responding to the particular words or concepts that the speaker uses to express themselves, attempt
to get
a general sense of what they're trying to say.
5. Project Quality Management

 Quality management plan:

 Patients’ health and safety will be our major priority in quality plan
 To meet the stakeholder requirement that is patients safety
 Make sure the quality of construction is up to the mark
 Quality is controlled
 Quality is audited
 QUALITY ASSURANCE
The Quality Assurance Department is dedicated to improving the environment and safety of hospital

BENCHMARKING
 comparing the cost of similar working project.
 construction quality
 technology used in designing in other hospitals
QUALITY AUDIT
 Material is tested on random sampling bases to ensure the quality
 Apart from building construction, hospital beds and other necessary equipment’s are tested with
experts.
QUALITY CONTROL

• acceptable quality characteristic of raw material

measures 10.0 (This is generated after rating and
measuring quality of raw material with approved good
quality provided by supplier).

• The chart above shows control limits as dashed lines

• The mean is the solid line in the middle.

• By looking at the chart above, you can see that there

are a lot of data points which fall above and below the
mean, but they are well within control limits.

• Both of them remain under upper control limit and

lower control limit so no any corrective measure is
taken.
6. Project Cost Management
7. Project Risk Management:
8. Project Procurement Management
9. Managing Human Resource:

 STEPS IN MANAGING HUMAN RESOURCE (labor)

 Reviewing our data and reports on monthly basis
 Giving importance to premium labor
 Salary adjustments
 Giving proper medical attention to patients
 Regular feedback from staff
 Training programs
 Leadership programs
IMPROVING LABOUR
MANAGEMENT IN OUR
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Increase transparency and creating
 agendas
 Using effective strategy
 Making collaboration a key factor in our planning process
 Tracking KPIs
 Importance of labor in hrm
Salary division of labor
10. Project Integration management
Project Closure

 Executive Summary:

 Project Analysis

 Lesson Learned
 Recommendations:
 The project should be executed as per the work breakdown structure WBS as it
breaks down the major deliverables into smaller and more manageable task.
Which eases the execution of the work.
 CPM critical path method should be drawn and followed as it shows tasks that
are necessary for the project completion
 The risks should be listed and the measures to avoid them should be taken
accordingly.
 Quality control chart should be made in order to check if any quality measure
exceeds the upper control limit then changes must be made.
