Laughter therapy is the application of a set
of techniques to release physical and
emotional tensions. And as its name
suggests, through laughter.

WHAT IS? It can be done in a group and with the


coordination of specialized monitors, using
body language techniques, dances, games
and even massages, so that laughter appears
naturally and without inhibitions.
The main physical benefits of laughter are:
• Relax the body.
• It favors the heart and the circulatory system.
• Improves respiratory function and increases oxygenation.
• It favors the immune system.
• It has an analgesic effect due to the release of endorphins.
