Adjectives are words that describe the qualities or states of being of nouns: enormous, silly,
yellow, fun, fast. They can also describe the quantity of nouns: millions, eleven.

POSITION OF THE ADJECTIVES
Most adjectives can be used in front of a noun:

• They have a beautiful house.

• We saw an exciting film last night.

or after a linking verbs like be, look or feel:

• Their house is beautiful.

• That film looks interesting.
• He seems cheerful.
