CONCLUSION
Throughout my time in the Educational Leadership program I have gained knowledge, experience, and an overall
broader range of skills that have helped with both my teaching career and also my step inwards to a leadership
career. I look forward to utilizing this knowledge and new skillset in my current position as well as any future
leadership opportunities.
