Anti - Bribery - Anti – Corruption laws of the Country

• The legal framework governing bribery in Thailand is, The Act Supplementing the Constitution Relating to the
Prevention and Suppression of Corruption (2018) known as the PSC Act.

• The PSC Act defines a bribe as a giving of gift or benefit, regardless of the value, to an official to solicit a
benefit in kind (section 128 PSC Act).

• There are two broad categories of bribery under the Thai law:

1) Domestic bribery (private to public)

2) Private bribery (private to private)
