A REPORT ON A PROBLEM &
REMEDY OF SALES
Generally the expected sales which is forecasted /planned / for the month November was 100%
but it is not to state the problem because of the actual sales is 28 % this reduction of sales. So the
problem is due to irregular flow of production or shortage of production.
Therefore as remedy (solution) to overcome this problem there must be regular (continuous)
flow of production system has a great contribution for the incremental of sales and attainment of
sales objective.
The great issues in which the administration of top management need to give attention is that
availability of supply for the raw material.
To conclude the above statement by the future focus areas which is effective production and
future area is on production.
