Research Title
A qualitative research on how teenager athletes
maintain their physical fitness and its benefit to
their day-to-day life during pandemic
Short Introduction
Being physically fit entails more than just looking
good; it also entails maintaining a healthy body in
order for your life to last a long time. As is well known,
the COVID-19 pandemic has made it difficult for
people to maintain their normal physical activity
patterns at home.
Short Introduction
As a result, the current study seeks to learn how
teenager athletes kept their bodies physically fit during
the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, as well as the
methods they used to do so. This can also inspire
others to live a healthy lifestyle and to be strong
enough to avoid being infected by the Covid-19
pandemic.
Statement of the Problem
This study aims to know on how athletes maintain their physical fitness and it’s
benefit to our day-to-day life during pandemic, answering these following
questions:
1. Do athletes maintain their physical fitness amidst this pandemic? How?
2. Do athletes maintain their healthy diet amidst this pandemic? How?
3. What are the benefits of maintaining the physical fitness on day-to-day basis
during pandemic?
4. What can they advise to those people who want to be fit?

Many teenager athletes are maintaining their physical


fitness in this pandemic by exercising and doing household
chores

Many teenager athletes are maintaining also their diet by


balancing their food or eating healthy foods.

Chapter 4: Summary, Conclusions,
and Recommendations
SUMMARY
The primary goal of this study was to see if the participants, who
were teenager athletes, were maintaining their physical fitness and
if so, what methods they used. The individuals and their responses
were studied by the researchers. Nine (9) out of ten (10)
participants stated that they maintain their physical fitness, while
one (1) out of ten (10) stated that they do not due to a lack of time.
The researchers also inquired about their healthy diet; eight (8) out
of ten (10) claimed they follow a healthy diet, whereas two (2) out
of ten (10) said they do not.
CONCLUSION

The researchers determined that in the first statement


of the problem, nine (9) of the participants are still
keeping their physical fitness because they want to
have a fit body and they can't modify their daily
routine as a student athlete before the epidemic.
CONCLUSION
In regards to the second statement of the problem,
eight (8) out of ten (10) participants agreed that they
maintain their physical fitness because they believe
that exercising while eating too much food is
inappropriate.
CONCLUSION
The researchers found, based on the responses of
the individuals, that keeping physical fitness can
help us stay robust and avoid becoming infected
by the Covid-19 pandemic.
CONCLUSION

Finally, based on the participants' responses to the


fourth statement of the problem, the researchers
concluded that if senior athletes want to reclaim their
old bodies, they must begin with the most basic and
easy exercises, and as time passes, the exercises will
get more difficult
