o WHAT IS A MEDICINE DISPENSER
o Medication dispensing is the in-office preparation and delivery of
prescription drugs to patients in physician practices and other clinical
settings.
• Pill dispensers are items which release medication at specified times. Their
purpose is to help senior citizens and other people who may suffer from
impaired ability to adhere to their prescribed medication regime.
• Pill dispensers are commonly used to serve medical purposes, as well as to
help individuals, be that the elderly or chronically ill, take their prescription
medication, OTC medication or daily supplements at a given date and time.
There are telehealth products in the health care industry such as automated
or electronic pill boxes that function to alert the patients when it is time to take
their medications.

properly take the medicines (pouring the drops into according to
the prescription).
• We have interviewed some of the elderly people . We asked these
questions to them :
• 1.what do you do?
• 2.so what are the major problems you face when taking the
homeopathic medicine (drops and pills).
• 3.What do you expect that is a product that is helpful for you to
take the medicines properly ?
• 4.Would you be interested in a product that helps you to take your
Medications properly ?
• In what way do you expect us to design a product : medical
despenser?
• What are advantages of such product in your point of view?
Problems identified

• Old people who are aged above 55 years generally their hands
shiver . Due to this the liquid spills that are given to them as
prescription cant be taken accurately .
• This is a proper major problem identified by our team .
• The pills that they take are not accurate and they pretend that
these are given in the prescription .
Solution

• To the problem identified above we are going forward to the

solution .that is :
• LIVEON – MEDICAL DISPENSER.
• This is going to be designed in a way that the liquid drops and
pills of the medicine are dropped accuratelt into the glass.
• So this helps the elderly to correctly take their prescription . That
also helps them to stay perfectly alright in terms of health.
