Our Simulation Plan Analysis

❖ As a team the first goal that we had was to make sure that we were
continuously increasing our training.
❖ We also wanted to keep a high morale throughout the two years with our
company.
❖ We wanted to implement programs in the first quarter and keep them
throughout the entire two years.

❖ What worked:
➢ Implementing all the programs starting in quarter 1
➢ Regular wage increases (except quarter 6)
➢ Focus on training our employees increased our productivity throughout the simulation
❖ What didn’t:
➢ Training our employees too much causing overtime units in quarter 7
➢ Not increasing benefits after quarter 3
➢ Not promoting Margaret and Beth in the quarter 5 special decisions
■ Focus more on diversity for above level 1 hires
