I want to convey my heartful thanks to my project Mentor Er.

Saurabh Chabbra Sir and Er. Shazli Al Haque Sir. Both of them
have played an important role in this project, they have guided me and
inspired me to do good in this project and this project may not be same
if both of them didn’t guided me to the fullest. That’s why I just want
to say thank you for everything…☻☻☻

vehicle

14
Importance of the suspension system in a
vehicle:
• Maintain correct vehicle ride height.
• Reduce the effect of shock forces.
• Maintain correct wheel alignment.
• Support vehicle weight.
• Keep the tyres in contact with the road.
• Control the vehicle's direction of travel.

Basic Requirements of suspension.

23
Basic Requirements of suspension:

Basic requirement of a car suspension is to produce less travel of body during any
bump and jounce

it should have quite stiff to bear the shock and produce a comfortable ride and
during any turn the traction of the wheels should be quite to produce required
cornering force.

 We have to set the parameters like camber ,castor angle and king pin inclination
for better steering qualities that depends upon your suspension system designing.
