SAP Operation for notification

 登录界面
login in
• The two way to login in

1.Select “SH 2.Double click“SH

ECC”click“ 登录 ECC”for login in

 输入账号密码
enter account and password

• 切记不要连续输错三次账号密码，否则将锁定账号，目前解锁账号流程非常复杂。语言
暂时只能选择中文版本。
• Remember that password can not be wrong in 3 times ， if not the account will be locked. If
enter wrong password 2 times ， exit login in page ， open login page again.

 第一次登录需要更改密码，与原始密码不同且需 6 位以上数字（数字不能重复）
in the first time for login in ， the password needs to be changed ， and password should
be different and should be more than 6 numbers （ the numbers can not be the same ）

• 方法：选择子项目如（运行日志），右键选择添加到收藏夹。

 登记缺陷方法

• 选择双击子菜单：登记缺陷，则转化至建立 PM 通知画面。

 缺陷通知单必填内容：缺陷描述、 kks 编码、缺陷类型。 Kks 编码对照 kks 编码表手动输入。

 缺陷验收：就地确认该缺陷已经消除后可以验收缺陷。
Notification acceptance ： confirm that the notification has been  eliminated and the
equipment is normal in local. We can accept the notification.

 How to permit a work order
• 双击子菜单：工作票查询，则转化至查询工作票画面
• Double click“ 工作票查询” to the page of display work order.

 选择需要办理的工作票，双击工作票编号，转化至工作票修改画面。
Select the order that need to be permitted ， double click the work order code to the work order
page.

 接票人接票后通知值长审批 ( 接票后需关闭该工作票， sap 系统若两个账号同时打开一张工作票则该工作
票无法转化状态）
after accepted the W.O ， inform supervisor for permission. （ after accepted W.O ， operator should close the
W.O page. because the state of W.O cannot be changed ， if two account are editing in the same page in SAP
system ）

 值长审批工作票隔离措施，并审批工作时间（注意 SAP 系统使用的是北京时间，需要与印尼时间对应上）。
Now the supervisor check the safety measure right or not because of not English in the system.
we need to pay attention to time of the maintenance. （ the time of SAP system use time of Beijing, when we write
down the time of Indonesia ， we need to add one hours. For example the time of Indonesia is 2018-2-7
10:55:23 ， we write down the time should be 2018-2-7 11:55:23 ）

 值长批准工作票后通知许可人打印工作票，打印一式两份。注意 sap 无需选择工作票类型，
检修开票时已确定类型。
After the supervisor approved the W.O ， operator print W.O two copy. It is not need to select
the type of W.O when printing ， because the type has been selected when the W.O was created.
