leaders to demand plans with network constraints and attain profitability goals

creating roadblocks when things Planner and avoid complexity?
get complex?
• Flexible time buckets: Planning on daily, weekly and monthly buckets is possible in one planning
area because of additional attributes in time profile, additional planning levels etc.
• Flexible granularity: Planning on product / location / customer or product family / customer
group level through additional planning levels.
• Consolidated and harmonized naming and semantic convention for every master
data type, planning level and key figure
• In the model there are 29 master data types, 74 planning levels, 376 key figures
• IBP for sales and operations, IBP for supply, IBP for demand, IBP for inventory, Supply Chain

What is Fiori?
Fiori is SAPs new UI technology, based on HTML5.
The SAP Fiori Launchpad provides a web based entry point, across all devices (mobile and
desktop).
The ,,apps" are displayed via Tiles which provide access to specific functionality or information,
e.g. the Dashboards
New Job Scheduling with new Fiori
Apps
Job Scheduling
• New Fiori App ,,Application Jobs"
• Similar to scheduling jobs via Excel Add-In
• Better visibility and overview around all jobs that are
scheduled and running, errors, warnings and logs.
Reuse the cleansed and harmonized Point of Sale (POS) Data from your retailers in SAP Integrated Business
Planning
Use the POS data in your Ana lytics and Dashboards for detailed analysis
Integration concept takes care of data aggregation from DSiMs Retailer Store Level in Daily Buckets to
IBPs Manufacturer DC level in Weekly Buckets.
Weekly view
"Week-to-Month Split"
Supports the consistent view and change of key figures
that are based on different time horizons, especially
the split between calendar weeks and months.
Monthly view

Creating Time Periods for Time
Profiles
Application job to generate the time periods for a
selected time profile.
Generate a time profile automatically,
instead of uploading the time profile
via .csv upload
No manual input possibilities to
change e.g. period descriptions
Easily add alert subscriptions to an alert definition from the same screen
Subscriptions with pre-set display options for Unit of Measure and Currency
Activate and deactivate alert definitions and alert subscriptions
Alert Categories - cluster the alerts according to certain criteria.
Reduce the number of alerts with minimum consecutive periods: e.g. you won't see any alerts in the monitor
until the conditions such as an inventory shortage of a specific product have existed for 3 consecut ive periods
(for example 3 weeks in a row).
