– Avaya will provide Service Packs for 3 years
 What should you do with sales in process?
– You can continue selling IPOCC, we will provide Service Packs for 3 years
– You can also switch to ACCS or Avaya Call Reporting depending on where you are at in your sales
cycle and your accreditation
 What should you do with existing customers?
– They can remain on IPOCC, we will provide Service Packs for 3 years
– Avaya will also have a commercial migration option to move to ACCS or Avaya Call Reporting
