The dictator must have some problems: HE is beseeching the Imperialism.
There is chaos everywhere in the country. There must have been intolerable hypocrisy, injustice, corru
oppression, barbarity and condescending look towards the people during the last decades.
THEY mustn’t have been able to control the inflation. The prices are gaining momentum.

The dictator can’t be a human. He scarifies even the innocent family members of his critics!
The supreme court could have helped the victim’s family in 1380. (It was able to. But it didn’t!)

THEY can't/ couldn’t have denied the murder. There was enough evidence that THEY have poisoned th
THEY couldn’t have ignored the benefits of deceiving the people. (So THEY didn’t try to).

The Oppressed may/ might (not) be able to contribute to a revolution at present. - I’m not sure.
THEY can’t find the bank manager! HE might have left the country!
HE was a clergyman. HE may not have helped the criminals.

Imperialism should cooperate with dictators, in order to harness them to its best advantages.
The former Shah should have cooperated with Imperialism. (But he didn’t and so was overthrown.
