SiteManager Reports

From the Construction Division site, select SiteManager from the column on the left.

Then select report, followed by all reports.

Scroll to the bottom of the list to find the Tenth Report.

Once you select the Tenth Report, you will be prompted at the bottom of the screen to open in
Excel, select Open

Selecting District

Click Select District. The pop-up will appear for you to enter your district number. Type the number and select OK.

Be patient, it takes a little time for the program to load.

District Summary tab

After the report is generated, look at the three


categories at the top of the screen:

Project Type:
CST: Construction
MNT: Maintenance

Accepted Projects:
N: The report will filter and include projects
without an accepted date entered
Y: The report will filter and include projects
with an accepted date

Finaled Projects:
N: The report will filter and include projects
that do not have a Final Estimate with all
approvals completed
Y: The report will filter and include projects
where the Final Estimate has completed all
approvals.

Filtering from the District Summary Tab

When the DCO runs the 10th report, we select


the following:

Project Type: CST

Accepted Projects: Yes and No (Both should


already be select, you will not need to click
either)

Finaled Projects: No

Then proceed to the Area Office Summary


tab.

Select AO

You can select to view a


specific office and will
create the PDFs faster than
printing them for the whole
district.

Then proceed to the


Project Summary tab.

Click PDF Summary

Once filters are set as desired,


click the PDF Summary button
and a pop-up will appear as it
generates the report.

If you would like to review a


specific project without printing
the PDF, the CCSJ can be
manually entered to populate the
information.

Saving the PDF

Before you can view the PDF, save the report to the desired location.

Once saved, go to the saved location to open the PDF to view and/or print.

Project Information

Pulls the credit statement on the last credit date.

Will appear once a project has been


accepted till the Final is approved.

Will indicate if the Contractor Evaluation has been entered.

Project Information
If a project included the bid item for a contractor to bid
The contract days for the project, it is identified as an
A+B Project.

Identifies CE&I projects.

CE&I Project Identification in SiteManager
To identify CE&I projects in SiteManager we have added a new Key Date type, “CE&I Project”. Once the field is added, enter the date it was decided for the
project to be a CE&I project in the “Projected Date” field.

See the SiteManager Contract Administration User Manual for instructions on adding new Key Dates.

The 3 reports below, available on the CMISD website, will display “Yes” if the new  Key Date is entered for a project. If the circumstances on a project change
and it will no longer be a CE&I project, delete the “CE&I Project” key date for that project.

Project Information
Number of days since the last estimate was approved. Number of days since the project acceptance date in SiteManager.

Identifies projects that are in a negative balance, MINM status, Default date in SiteManager. See guidance on CST website for
in SiteManager. entering Default dates in SiteManager, link here.

PM Estimated Complete
Link to Memo for inputting the PM Estimated Completion Date is on the CST website- Construction Project Timeliness.

Conclusion

 10th Report being emailed to Districts monthly


 Can be generated at any time
– Constantly updated
 Can be used to check the health of projects
