 Abstract

Ali’z Collection is web and Android based application is proposed

with aim to facilitate customers to order dress online according to
their desire design.
There is problem for buying clothes offline for the people because
some of the size of clothes cannot fit on them. Through this store he
can design the clothes according to his measurements.

The automation this will mean better services and

good keeping of records, data integrity, data security, quick search and
also paperless
environment. The project has mainly tackled management of
information for the
customers and in decision making.
 Introduction

Online shopping system that provides different outfit products to the customers and
allow customer to specify his/her choices for an outfit. A customer can select the type of
dress e.g. a shirt and then describe his/her choices regarding color, type of stuff, design of
the outfit (from available designs OR his own suggested design), measurements of the
required outfit.

The system will present the required outfit if available or take order from the customer.
System will report the time of product delivery, charges etc.

After confirmation from the customer system will finalize the order. System will allow
the admin to add/delete products, category of products and product providers. System will
allow customer to write reviews and system will rank different products based on the
reviews.

 Milestones Gantt Chart
Major milestones that are to be covered are problem identification, requirement
gathering, requirement analysis, system design, system development, system
testing and documentation. The time period of each milestone is specified using
Gantt chart below:
 Methodology
The proposed system will be developed using scrum
methodology which comes in agile process model.
The reason why to use this model is its welcoming the change
at any time and daily sprints that helps to make sure about our
client’s requirements are getting fulfill.

1. We've never had an editorial problem, it's the same as the Gantt chart says.

2. Problem diagnostics are done on time and over time, we discover new problems.

3. We have completed the collection phase.

4. System Design completed but we may make it much better.

5. System upgrades are in progress, we have completed the front but are working on the
backend.
6. We haven't done a system test yet so wait
7. The writing of the proposal is ongoing and will be completed simultaneously.
 Conclusion

The system is operational, economically possible. and technically

possible because all tools are commonly used. Its deadline for 8 semester
so we will finish it on time easily.
