At Clix we are passionate about our goals and even more sensitive towards the journey of making a difference in the lending

i-MAD aims to recognize and celebrate exemplary talent who made a difference at Clix. We believe in dreaming big and
putting all our efforts in achieving our goals. We are passionate about celebrating success and recognizing outstanding work
put in by our team members. i-Mad recognizes employees who make a difference and create a lasting impact at Clix by going
above and beyond their normal KRAs.
i-MAD empowers employees to take a lead in appreciating their team members, peers, subordinates and even themselves for
making a difference. No longer do employees need to wait for their managers to nominate them. By taking ownership,
employees drive a culture of appreciation thereby making a difference in their work lives as well!.
An ideal nomination should highlight how the employee/ team made a difference at Clix franchise by going beyond their
usual KRAs. This could be by driving growth, cost optimization/ efficiency or making Clix a great place to work.
Employee should feel validated for being nominated by their team members.
I-MAD winners should feel appreciated and acknowledged about their work being recognized by the entire organization
The annual winners should feel special about truly making a difference when their work is recognized at the highest level and
they get visibility in front of the management team and the board. They should feel that their work is recognized as being best
in class.
