Social Media Actions Analytics
• Analytics actions are the cash cow of social media. It is what
the users do on social media that matters most to social media
marketers. Typical actions performed by social media users
include likes, dislikes, shares, views, clicks, tags, mentions,
recommendations, and endorsements.
• The companies I have choosen is Sony and Philips.
• The software I have used for action analytics
Twitonomy software.

By analyzing the above data


SONY is getting 5.02% of
tweets per day and the users
who use that are mentioning is
1959 that is 50.2% and 1604
tweets are favorited.
They are receiving 907 replies
which means 28% of data

By analyzing the above
data PHILIPS is getting
14.04% of tweets per
day and the users who
use that are mentioning
is 3151 that is 0.98 and
450 tweets are favorited.
They are receiving 3048
replies which means 95%
of data.

in top stands with 44 and 28A
 hashtags are used most by healthcare and
digitaltransformation etc. because Pepsi gave
offers and conducted events for the events so
they used the hashtags and gave the credits.

in a day it is used by users

of tweets from Sprout social with 3182 and PHILIPS company got most or more number
twitter web app with 307 and twitter for of tweet from Twitter web app with 8 and
iPhone is 245.
