Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire (LBDQ)

- is a survey technique whereby group members may describe the leader’s behavior
of designated leaders in formal organization .

- from a study identifying 2000 leader behaviors, the LBDQ selected 150 behaviors
to survey employees about their leaders.
