 Online counseling System is fully work as online using the internet,

which is provides facility online such as- Student Counseling , Managing
the student record.
Managing the Institute record and Searching the any other information
about Counseling procedure/Institutes, this types of information easy to
search through the website .

 In order to improve facility related to counseling process and to help

students about education procedure of university and collages.
 This online counseling system will give great support to university and
colleges through which they can totally reduce the paper usage and
guide the student towards the university courses.
 Through this system a student can easily get counseling.

CONCLUSION
National Institute of Science & Technology

 Automation of Counseling process to minimize the paper work, to keep

all the documents in a systematic manner and get the reports as per
the requirement.
 We have completed 40% of our project by doing the phase 1,and
phase 2 and remaining 60% is about the phase 3 we will complete
within a month.
