• The National cathedral is to sited on 100acres of land in the Prampram municipality.

• ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES:As part of the infrastructure to be built is the administrative
office located few kilometers away from the main entrance of the center. The
administrative office is estimated to have a total number of 24 offices and about 30
persons occupancy.
• The administrative office will house the following department and services in a storey
building with each floor offering an area of usable space:
• 1. Reception hall -Ground floor
• 2. Conference hall- First floor
• 3. Women and Men restroom- Ground floor
• 4.Other Offices- First floor
• Objective
• To provide a structure that is safe, efficient and economic
• Decide on general specification and standards to adopt
• To provide preliminary calculations and working drawings.
• To estimate cost and time allocation for execution of project.

• The scope of works for this project are as follows:
• Spatial design of building paying keen attention to the effect of the
environment.
